Because all products from 222 Pretty Inc are personally handled and made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, processing and shipping may take 3–5 weeks.

Defective Orders

If your order arrives defective, please email Info222prettyinc@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Defective items reported within this timeframe will be replaced.

After 2 days, we are not responsible for repairs, replacements, or refunds.
