REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Because every product from 222 Pretty Inc is personally handled and made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If your order arrives defective, please email Info222prettyinc@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
We will replace the item within this window.
After 2 days, we are not responsible for repairs, replacements, or refunds.
IMPROPER GLUE USE
Hair glue is not designed for eyes or custom strip lashes.
If you choose to use hair glue and the lashes are damaged, we are not responsible for replacements or refunds.
RETURNED PACKAGES / INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Packages returned due to incorrect shipping information are eligible for store credit only.
No refunds will be issued.
WRONG STYLE PURCHASED
If you purchased the wrong style and your order has not shipped, you may email us to switch styles.
If you do not want store credit, you may cancel the item, but shipping costs + a 30% restock fee will apply.
No refunds will be issued.
Shipping name and billing name must match.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
All custom strip sets are pre-ordered and handmade, which requires time and precision.
Processing time: 3–5 weeks (due to high order volume)
Shipping time: 2–5 business days
Please note: USPS does not update tracking immediately. It may take 24–48 hours to appear in their system.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking states “Delivered,” but you cannot locate your package:
- Check all exterior doors, porch, patio, mailbox, garage, and areas protected from weather.
- Ask household members or neighbors who may have retrieved it.
- If still missing, you may file a USPS claim 24 hours after expected delivery.
USPS will investigate whether the package was delivered.
- If USPS confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If USPS confirms the item was not delivered or is lost, we can assist in resolving the issue.
Once a tracking number has been issued, the customer assumes responsibility for the packages
Unclaimed packages returned to us will require additional shipping fees to be resent.
222 Pretty Inc is not responsible for delays caused by weather or natural catastrophic events.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive:
- Order confirmation email (does not include tracking)
- Shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
All packages ship via USPS. Please track directly on the USPS website.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
We can update your shipping address only if your order has not been shipped yet.
To request a correction, email us with:
- First & Last Name
- Subject line: “Wrong Address”
- Corrected full address
If the package has already shipped, we must wait for it to return to us before reshipping.
PACKAGES SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
If a customer enters the wrong address at checkout:
- The customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
- If the customer chooses not to pay the reshipment fee, store credit will be issued.
