PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

All lashes from 222 Pretty Inc are handmade to order.

By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.


HANDMADE PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All custom strip lashes are pre-ordered and handmade, which requires time and precision.


Processing Time:

• 3–5 weeks (this does NOT include shipping time)


Shipping Time:

• 2–5 business days once your order has shipped

Please note:

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once your shipping confirmation is sent.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because each order is handmade specifically for you:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, please email

info222prettyinc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Approved defective items will be replaced - Customers must end in photos of lashes worn to verify.

• Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted


PROPER LASH CARE

Hair glue is NOT designed for use on eyes or custom strip lashes. If lashes are damaged due to improper glue use, we are not responsible for replacements or refunds.

WRONG STYLE PURCHASED

If your order has not shipped yet, you may email us to switch styles.

If you choose to cancel instead:

• A 30% restocking fee will apply

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Store credit may be issued

RETURNED PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are eligible for store credit only.

• No refunds

• Reshipping requires an additional shipping fee

Shipping and billing names must match at checkout.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a tracking number is issued, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found:

  1. Check all doors, mailboxes, and surrounding areas
  2. Ask household members or neighbors
  3. File a USPS claim after 24 hours

• If USPS confirms delivery → we are not responsible

• If USPS confirms loss → we will assist

222 Pretty Inc is not responsible for delays caused by weather or natural events.


ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

We can update your address only if your order has not shipped.
Email us with:

• First & last name

• Subject line: “Wrong Address”

• Correct full address

If the order has already shipped, we must wait for it to return before resending.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive:

  1. Order confirmation email
  2. Shipping confirmation email with tracking

All orders ship via USPS/ UPS

Please track directly on the USPS / UPS website.
