REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Due to each product being personally handled by 222PrettyLashCo and made by order, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances. 

If your order is defective, please contact us at 222prettylashco@gmail.com and we will replace your item within two days after delivery. After this two-day window has passed we are not responsible for repairs or REFUNDS.  

 

IN THE EVENT OF PURCHASING THE WRONG STYLE IF THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED PLEASE EMAIL US TO SWITCH STYLES. NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT.  ALL SALES FINAL 

Hair Glue is not suitable for the eyes or strips. If you choose to use Hair Glue as Lash Glue and your custom strips are damaged we are not responsible for replacement or refund. Handmade lashes cannot be left outside in wet or hot conditions as they are delicate and can be damaged.
 

RETURN PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES ARE ONLY  VALID FOR STORE CREDIT NO REFUNDS.  IN THE EVENT OF PURCHASING THE WRONG STYLE IF THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED PLEASE EMAIL US TO SWITCH STYLES. NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT.  SHIPPING AND BILLING NAME MUST BE IDENTICAL.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME

All custom strip looks are pre-ordered and made by order. 

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking number states your package has been delivered but you cannot find it USPS states you can file a claim 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. 

Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package please file a claim.

Once a claim has been filed, USPS will investigate if the item was indeed delivered. Based on their investigation, if they report that the item was delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can assist if USPS reports item is lost or was not delivered.

The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. If an unclaimed package has been returned to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. 222PRETTYLASHCO is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic event.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Processing is 3-5 weeks due to HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS
Shipping 2-5 business days
Please keep in mind the post office is closed on Sundays and it takes 24-48 hours for them to update their tracking system.

 

WHAT IS PROCESSING?
Processing is the time in which we receive the order and set it up to be shipped. The time in which products can be processed can alter depending on the bulk of orders or selections on shipping, however, we try to send them out as fast as possible!


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will get an email once your order is about to be shipped with all the information on your order and the tracking number. All parcels are sent with USPS so please use their website when tracking your package. You will also get a confirmation email, this is NOT the email that will contain your tracking number you will get another email.

HOW DO I CORRECT MY ADDRESS?
we can change the address as long as we have not shipped your order already! If your item was already shipped then we, unfortunately, cannot do anything, but wait until we get the parcel back and then re-ship it to the correct address.

Then in the email please state the correct address

ONCE SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND RETURNED


Shipping to the wrong address: If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by a customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT WISH TO PAY FOR RESHIPMENT FEES A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

If the original purchase included a free shipping code or any other code or credit and your package was sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by a customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item
